Born in 1826 in Njeguši.
Father: Stanko Petrović-Njegoš of Montenegro. Mother: Kristinja Vrbica.
Married in 1855 DARINKA Kvekić (*1838 Trieste,+1892 Venice).
He was never crowned.
Died in 1860 in Kotor (assassinated).
Buried together with his consort Princess Darinka at Cetinje Monastery.

Born in 1841 in Njeguši.
Father: Prince Mirko of Montenegro.
Mother: Princess Anastazija Martinović.
Married in 1860 in Cetinje MILENA Vukotić (*1847 Čevo,+1923 Cap d'Antibes, France).
He was never crowned.
His issue who reigned:
-Helena (Jelena,*1873,+1952; Queen of Italy).
Exiled in 1916 following Austrian occupation of Montenegro.
He was deposed in 1918 when Montenegro was absorbed into the Kingdom of the Serbs, Croats and Slovenes and lived in France.
Died in 1921 in Cap d'Antibes, France.
Buried firstly in the Orthodox Church at San Remo, Italy. In 1989 his and his Queen's remains were reburied in the Chapel of Ćipur at Cetinje.
